Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damages
- Hydro X is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
