Condition of Returns

- Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are processed as returns + new orders to ensure availability.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
